Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition [unwashed, with packaging, and tags attached] within 14 days upon receival
The refund will never include the return shipping costs, these will be discounted in the refund: Spain: 5€; Europe 15€; Rest of the world 30€
On the other hand, returns for store credit are always free. Furthermore, when the customer decides to withdrawal the purchase, Anhem will reimburse funds received from the customer by the same means of payments used
For order issues such as damages, defective, wrong items or lost delivery, please contact us here
To initiate your return, first request a refund:
- Log in to your Anhem account and head to the orders section.
- Find the order that you wish to return and click on Refund.
- Write your refund reason and click on Submit Request.
Once you have requested your refund, please make sure your order is packed in its original boxing and head to your nearest courier office and send back the item to:

Please send us via email [anhem@anhem.es] the tracking number as proof of return, specifying on the email subject your order number. Once we receive your return, we will check that products are unworn and in original conditions; and proceed to complete your refund within the next business day upon receival
In case you do not have an Anhem account, please email us to anhem@anhem.es requesting your return
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. You will first need to perform the return, following the steps from “How do I start a return?”.
Once completed the return process, you will need to place a new order.
Once the return arrives to our warehouse, we will process it and trigger the refund discounting the return shipment price
We will send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed
Please reach out to us if you have waited more than one week since you sent back the return, and we will gladly help you out
If our return policy window expires while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once our warehouse inspects it

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse.
Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information
We work hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes from 1-3 business days for us to pack up and ship out your order
Once the order is with our shipping partner, delivery times are as follows:
Spain: 1-4 business days; Europe: 3-6 business days; Rest of the World: 4-10 business days
Payments
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal, and Klarna. When selecting these two last options at checkout, you will be directed to their sites to complete your purchase before returning to Anhem
In which countries can I use Klarna? Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and UK
Duties are not included for orders coming outside from the EU
