Anhem is the trade name of Witthayu Group S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale regulate the access and use of the website www.ahem.es (hereinafter “the Website”) owned by Witthayu Group S.L. (hereinafter, Anhem).
By visiting the Website or using its services or applications, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
To purchase products on the Website, customers must be at least 18 years old or, if they are minors, be duly authorized by their legal guardian and be consumers, understood as natural persons who act for purposes unrelated to their industry, trade, business and profession.
This contract will be formalized in Spanish and will be regulated by Spanish legislation according to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”).
The Customer can purchase the products displayed in the website catalogue available at the time of the order as described in the information sheets. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, they may differ in size, colour, or accessories from the actual product image, due to the internet browser or monitor used.
To complete the purchase process on our website, the Customer must be registered with a username and a valid email address in accordance with the instructions provided on the site anhem.es, during the registration phase.
Once the order is confirmed on the website, an email with the general summary of the order will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. In addition, the confirmation message will also indicate the date of receipt of the order and your order number, which will be used in any subsequent communication related to the order itself. If the confirmation of an order does not arrive within 24 hours after its formalization, the client can contact us for assistance at +34 686 546 474 or via email at email@example.com.
If for any reason the order cannot be accepted, Anhem undertakes to notify the Customer as soon as possible, always by sending a message to the email address provided by the Customer. The prices shown in Euros on the website are retail prices with VAT included and the rate in force on the date of the order for Spain. Regarding the products, offers and promotions, Anhem reserves the right to establish any quantity and/or maximum term, including a calendar, and will notify the Client.
The user agrees to pay at the time of placing the order through the means of payment accepted by Anhem. Anhem will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or AMEX) or by PayPal or Klarna.
To provide maximum security to the payment system, Anhem uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, Anhem only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express Safe key emblems. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that it authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank that issued the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
All payment will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the user. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user and/or delivered together with the purchased product.
Store credit and discounts
To redeem a discount code or a store credit, the customer must enter their code in the “promotion code” box during the purchase process on the website. Codes are case sensitive and should always be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per order.
Discount codes and store credits cannot be combined with other promotions or gifts, nor can they be used with already discounted items.
The store credit, discounts, and other online promotions will only be applicable on the web.
Delivery and Shipping
Anhem can accept orders for delivery from around the globe. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. Excluding any issues related to the availability of the products ordered, the order fulfilment process will be executed by Anhem soon after receiving the payment, on working days (excluded days: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Anhem shall also communicate promptly with regards to any periods of closure for vacation / holidays when no shipment will be made.
In case of delay of an order, Anhem agrees to promptly notify the Customer, through the available means of communication. In no instance Anhem can be held liable in case of a delay of order fulfilment or in case of a delay of the order delivery. The delivery of the order is at street level. Upon delivery by the courier or by an authorized person, the Customer is required to check:
– Number of packages: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the order form; Integrity of the packaging: that the external appearance of the packaging is intact, no damage and /or alterations, including the sealing materials – like adhesive flap of the envelopes or adhesive tape to close the boxes.
– Any damage, alteration, or lack of conformity of packages should be immediately reported to the delivery personnel before the signing of the receipt by the Customer. In fact, once the Customer has signed the document of delivery (whether paper or electronic), can no longer make any objection concerning the external appearance of the goods. In case of any issues about the integrity, conformity or completeness of the goods received, the Customer must send a report to Anhem within 3 days from the date of delivery, according to these arrangements reported in the general conditions.
In case of failure to collect the order, because of repeated inability to deliver to the address provided by the Customer when ordering, the same will be cancelled without further notice.
The Customer shall always be responsible for Custom duties. Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance and, in general, for tax duties. Anhem is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to customs clearance and cannot predict what they may be. Therefore, taxes and duties will not be displayed on the cart page for orders to extra-EU countries.
You can make a return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the label and with all the accessories. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, Anhem will not accept it and the customer must schedule a collection assuming the shipping costs.
The refund will never include the return shipping costs, these will be discounted in the refund: Spain: 5€; Europe 15€; Rest of the world 30€. On the other hand, returns for store credit are always free. Furthermore, when the customer decides to withdrawal the purchase, Anhem will reimburse funds received from the customer by the same means of payments used.

The products described on the website are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to the customer where, at our sole discretion, it is in breach of these terms and conditions.
Anhem has tried to display product colours as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this sense, Anhem cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your screen are faithful to reality.
During the purchase process, certain personal data will be requested. All the boxes that include the asterisk symbol (*) are required fields to provide personal data.
Anhem guarantees full and full compliance with the obligations provided by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, as well as those provided in its Development Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December and other applicable regulations.
